Orders
When will my order arrive?
Our fine art prints are custom-made to order. It takes approximately 10–14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship your piece. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number to monitor its progress. Transit times typically range between 3–5 days.
Will my order include payment information?
No, your package will only include a branded packing slip - no invoices or payment details. Perfect for gifts!
What if my print arrives damaged?
While rare, damage can sometimes occur during shipping. If your piece arrives in less-than-perfect condition, contact us immediately at support@middleofnowhere.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged print and the packaging (even if the box looks fine). We’ll make it right.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not available.
What should I do if my order is lost?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, email us at support@middleofnowhere.com, and we’ll assist in locating it.
Artwork
Can I frame the prints myself?
Absolutely! We offer unframed prints for those who want a custom framing experience. Select “no frame” when adding your artwork to the cart.
Can I customize my frame for an additional fee?
Unfortunately, we do not offer frame customizations at this time.
What materials are your frames made of?
Our frames are made from premium wood and hand-assembled for each piece.
What hanging hardware do you recommend?
Our frames come with wall buddies for easy installation. For smaller sizes, screws should suffice, while larger pieces may require an anchor for extra stability.
Are any prints signed or numbered?
Occasionally, we release limited-edition prints that are signed and numbered. These sell out quickly, so subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
What finish do your prints have?
All our prints feature a matte finish, crafted on heavy matte 310 gsm fine art matte paper for exceptional quality and longevity.
Do you use glass or acrylic for frames?
We use normal glass, but for an extra fee we can use UV-blocking acrylic for all framed prints. It’s superior to glass, offering better protection and minimizing the risk of damage during shipping.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
As each piece is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns.
Can I exchange my print for a different size?
All sales are final, so exchanges are not possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations and changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this, your piece will already be in production, and adjustments won’t be possible.
