Return & Damage Policy

At MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, every product is made to order, meaning it is custom-produced only after you place your order. As a result, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Additionally, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you believe you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at info@middleofnowhere.it.

Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging and shipping, rarely, items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please send clear and detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging, to info@middleofnowhere.it for review.

If your request qualifies for a Damage Review, MIDDLE OF NOWHERE will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace the damaged product. By requesting a Damage Review, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1. Photo Requirements: Photos must clearly show the damage and be submitted in .jpeg or .png format.
2. Submission Deadline: Photos must be sent within 24 hours of the order's recorded delivery date.
3. Condition of the Product: The product must be photographed immediately upon receipt and must not have been hung, placed, or installed before capturing the damage.
4. Review Process: A Damage Review may take up to 30 business days to complete. MIDDLE OF NOWHERE will determine whether to repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
5. Replacement & Shipping: If a replacement is issued, delivery will be subject to manufacturing capacity, inventory availability, and shipping schedules. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if MIDDLE OF NOWHERE elects to repair or replace the product.
