Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Each product is made-to-order and requires 2 weeks for production before being shipped.
4.2 Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their shipment.
4.3 Shipping times vary based on the destination. Standard estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 3-5 business days
• EU Countries: 5-10 business days
• Non-EU Countries: 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  4.4 Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  4.5 Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
