What is your return policy?
Since each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns.

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes must be requested within 24 hours of your original purchase. As each piece is custom printed and framed, we’re unable to make adjustments once the framing process has started. We appreciate your understanding!

FAQs About Shipping and Delivery

When will my order arrive?
Each of our fine art prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number to monitor the progress. Most orders spend 3-5 days in transit.

Is payment information included in the package?
No, we do not include an invoice with your order, only a branded packing slip. This makes our fine art prints perfect for gifting. If you’re unsure what to choose, we also offer gift cards for that special someone.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging (even if there’s no visible damage on the box) to info@middleofnowhere.it so we can assist you promptly.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

What if my order is lost?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us at info@middleofnowhere.it, and we’ll work to locate it for you.

Can I frame the prints myself?
Absolutely! We offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and style of your artwork. Simply select "no frame" when adding the piece to your basket.

Can I request customizations to the frames for a fee?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate frame customizations.

What materials are your frames made of?
Our frames are crafted from high-quality wood and are hand-assembled for each individual piece.

What hanging hardware do you recommend?
Every frame comes ready to hang with wall buddies for easy installation. For smaller sizes, we suggest using screws, while anchors are ideal for our two largest sizes.

Are any of your prints signed or numbered?
Occasionally, we release signed and numbered limited editions, which often sell out quickly. To stay updated, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.

Do your prints have a glossy or matte finish?
All our artworks are printed on a high quality Canson® Infinity Edition Etching Rag 310 gsm matte archival 100% cotton rag paper.

Do you use glass or acrylic for framed prints?
We use UV-blocking acrylic for all our fine art prints. While more expensive than glass, acrylic offers better protection and is less likely to be damaged during transit.
