ANTI GRAVITY explores the question: Is there a force that defies gravity? Through stunning photographs, this book tells the story of extraordinary moments when the concepts of above and below lose their meaning, and people push the boundaries of what is physically possible.

Over the course of five years, Swiss alpinist Dani Arnold and photographer Thomas Monsorno ventured to breathtaking ice walls around the globe. Their expeditions took them from Russia’s Lake Baikal to Iceland’s volcanic landscapes, Kazakhstan, and the fjords of Spitsbergen.

Monsorno’s images depict Arnold seemingly weightless—a delicate interplay between humanity and nature. ANTI GRAVITY is not just a photographic documentation of ice climbing; it is an inspiring tribute to the beauty and challenges of our planet.
